Evolve Athletic Club is a great gym! I highly recommend Evolve for small group personal training and group fitness classes. Mike is a wonderful trainer who is knowledgeable, friendly, and encouraging. He takes the time to make sure everyone feels comfortable and supported while still pushing you to do your best. Mike is an awesome trainer and very knowledgeable in his craft. This place will get you up to par and build your endurance with amazing music in the background and the best part is the sauna at an extra cost but very beneficial and amazing add on after your workout.
