Waited for an hour in the cold to see a doctor. Needed some lab work and had a couple things to discuss. Got cut off with in 2.5 minutes (yes I timed it) of him entering the room and said 'he was behind that day and only had time for one thing'. Second time in the last year I have been rushed out of the room before being able to voice why I was there. Definitely do not recommend.
Horrible customer service very rude and insensitive.
When I called to see if they would process my son's PWD application, the receptionist told me to come on Friday morning at 7:30 for a walk-in appointment. Alas, when we arrived, we were told that they don't handle PWD applications. The manager was unpleasant and combative. They need to train their phone staff to at least provide the correct information if their office is going refuse to help disabled people. The owners of this clinic are heartless.
