I come here new to the area and found out 4 out of 9 meds are not covered by the pharmacare. So rather than try to find other drugs that would do the same and be covered I was told this was a me problem and not a him problem. I will die before I ever go there again... not what I was used to from doctors...very upsetting experience.

I called the clinic first to ensure they were still admitting walk-in’s at 8:30am and the receptionist said yes, we are, come on over. I arrived 15 minutes later and the receptionist (presumably a different one), was incredibly rude, dismissive and condescending. She told me they were indeed no longer taking walk-in’s and to leave. Her utter lack of respect and hostility is shocking. I do not recommend this clinic if you’re looking for any kind of positive experience.

I've been to this doctor office once in person, and the service never felt personal or as if Dr. Wertlend cared. Roughly a year later, I had my blood tested for hemotomocrosus at a different health facility, but the results were sent to Dr. Wertlend. My mom received a call from the doctors office, saying I needed to call them so they could discuss my results. So I called Dr. Wertlend but he wasn't available. Love the clinic and the staff but EXTREMELY disappointed in Dr Ryan White. My wonderful doctor, Dr Sorensen is retiring. I received a call to advise me of this and that Dr White would be taking me as a patient. Great! Or so I thought. They wanted to book a meet and greet appointment. I was heading off to Jamaica in a couple of days so we booked it for 3 days after my return.
