This is a great place if you want to be literally sent to an empty desk. I asked 3 different people for help before Laura sent me to Raman's desk, which sat empty for 10 minutes before I left. Actually pathetic.
The receptionist Claudia was incredibly unprofessional. I called to book an appointment to refill my prescription and she berated me on the phone and hung up on me because I didn’t call 2 weeks in advance which I had no idea I needed to. Maybe it is standard but she could have explained that in a nice way instead of chewing me out, and I would understand… I also didn’t intend to book an appointment with short notice but life got in the way, sometimes it happens. Doctor Honeyman is the most attentive, genuine and awesome doctor I've ever had. He truly goes above and beyond when I comes to his patients needs, I couldn't ask for a better doctor. Also, his receptionist Nacey falls in the exact same category as Doctor Honeyman. She's very knowledgeable, calm and kind considering she's always busy as a bee. Nacey has a calm demeanor about her and always puts the patients first whether it makes her job harder or not. Cheers to the both of you!
If there would have been a star with a negative attached to it I would use it....... I have been trying to get hold of a doctor for the last half an hour and nothing, just keep listening to ......." you are number 2 is this queue" then the phone cuts out at about 4 min waiting....this is sad.
Have been with dr's at this location over 25 years. Very professional and knowledgeable as well as good "bedside" manner. Most of the admin staff are excellent, especially those that have been there many years.
