I have had the good fortune to be treated by Jessica McDonald for many years. I value her caring and thoughtful approach. While treatment with Jessica has been effective for acute issues, I enjoy seeing her regularly as part of my overall health regime. Our entire family (husband, myself & 2 teenage daughters) have seen Jess on a regular basis for over 5 years. We feel tremendously lucky to have met Jess, she's extremely professional but also kind and caring. Our daughters are competitive athletes and need regular treatment - Jess always goes out of her way to help accommodate their constantly evolving schedules and talks to them both about their treatment, suggests preventative exercises, etc. Jess definitely goes above & beyond and truly cares about her patients.
I have been going to Jessica since 2017 for acupuncture and cupping. She has a thoughtful and calm bedside manner. She has helped me both physically and mentally over the past 7 years. She remembers my unique issues and quite often suggests other avenues or practitioners. I see Jessica monthly to keep my body and mind in balance.
For anyone of any experience level with acupuncture, based on my experience I highly recommend you consider Jess as your provider. Stemming from the prompting by two family members (long term clients of Jess), I attended her practice never having any significant history with such a treatment.
