Good experience after a minor fender bender. They paid attention to a small detail I had mentioned during the drop off that wouldn’t have been obvious. Nice having a good Tesla shop nearby.

I've been trying to schedule service with Evolve but no one answers my calls, or ever return any messages. What a garbage business andnon serious management they are! Our 2023 Model Y need certain things done including new tires, I ended up taking it to the SC instead.
My experience with them so far has been horrible. I reached out to them initially for a tail light retrofit on my Model S, I am not sure who I spoke with but I was told they'd get back to me. Never did. The second time, I again submitted an inquiry and left voicemails on adjustable camber arms I'm looking to have installed on my Model S, these people clearly just ignored me. Have a better system of following up with potential customers!
Service was fast and very attentive….
