I received great service today. Evolution replaced a chlorinator timer that was fitted incorrectly by another repair company, and they did it on very short notice. A special thank you to Kieran for providing such excellent service.
Pump and chlorinator both failed just outside of warranty won’t be buying this brand again
I recently dealt with Evolution Water & Lighting Solutions in Highland Park regarding a warranty issue with my spa pump, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their fantastic facility, team and service to say the least! :) From the very beginning even when initially purchasing their products, their staff were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. Excellent after sales service. 4 year old system had not missed a beat since installation but stopped chlorinating…sent and email enquiry. The next morning received a phone call from the head technician who guided me through the solution to the problem. Working perfectly again. Gold standard.
