Pump and chlorinator both failed just outside of warranty won’t be buying this brand again
I recently dealt with Evolution Water & Lighting Solutions in Highland Park regarding a warranty issue with my spa pump, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their fantastic facility, team and service to say the least! :) From the very beginning even when initially purchasing their products, their staff were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. Excellent after sales service. 4 year old system had not missed a beat since installation but stopped chlorinating…sent and email enquiry. The next morning received a phone call from the head technician who guided me through the solution to the problem. Working perfectly again. Gold standard.
Des the owner of Evolution went above and beyond when my pool cleaner wasn’t working. He replaced the motor for my pool cleaner, to which I am extremely grateful. Great team at Evolution , highly recommend
