I became aware of a fault in our solar system. I contacted Dean, and described the fault code on the inverter to him. The inverter was around 10 yrs old so it was no surprise to learn that the fault was likely terminal and it would need replacing.Dean said he would call around the following morning to verify the diagnosis which he did, yes the inverter was kaput. Dean came and checked my panels to see if they were clean ect. He took the time to sit down and explain my power bill and how much I use and on what I use my power most. Dean is a friendly, helpful person and I can recommend him 100%. Thank you Dean, I appreciate your time and your friendly and helpfulness.
