I became aware of a fault in our solar system. I contacted Dean, and described the fault code on the inverter to him. The inverter was around 10 yrs old so it was no surprise to learn that the fault was likely terminal and it would need replacing.Dean said he would call around the following morning to verify the diagnosis which he did, yes the inverter was kaput. Dean came and checked my panels to see if they were clean ect. He took the time to sit down and explain my power bill and how much I use and on what I use my power most. Dene, provided all the details and answered all our questions. Providing extra information about the timer for the hot water system. Cleaned up as the went, changed some broken roof tiles as they went. Would have no hesitation in recommending Evolution Solar. In our case they were outstanding.
