Mel and Joe are absolutely great. As owners of a very professional and creative salon, they excel at fulfilling customers' needs and wishes, and they go above and beyond as thoughtful people. Refused my mom's request to replicate a haircut someone else had done for her. All she wanted was for her bangs to be cut short. We showed the hairstylist a photo and he proceeded to cancel my my mom's appointment while she was there for it and kick her out. Saying he refuses to take her request and let her walk around with his work on display as something he doesn't approve of. This was Joseph, the owner of the shop apparently.
