Replacing the sail and sail cover on our boat has been a great experience. Kristina in Oriental, NC, is fantastic and has been a pleasure to work with. She is kind, thorough and efficient. When the sail cover needed a slight adjustment she was able to do the work right away. And the new Evolution mainsail is magnificent and just right. Everything with boats is complicated, EXCEPT working with this loft! From the very first inquiry to the final delivery, Jerry and his team at Latell Sails made the process stress free and simple. Personalization and customization were made available at every level. The team came out to our boats twice to ensure everything was exactly as it needed to be. I ordered a mainsail for my Hunter Legend 35.5 from Stephanie and Jerry. I live in Florida; however, I gave them the old main the previous owner bought (which was cut incorrectly), and the sail plan drawings from Hunter. They shipped the new main to my home in Punta Gorda, and it fit perfectly. Quality of seams, batten pockets, leech line, cringles and reef points was excellent. Overall craftsmanship was superior, and the sail trims out just right. Kudos!

I purchased a halyard from them which they constructed with the clip and splice put together. That was great and I saw they did canvas work. I had zippers installed on panels I had to make an enclosure. They got four panels arranged into two pairs with a wonderful finished edge. Done in a couple of days and I couldn't be happier.
