I just called to get a parts number for a couple different things on the saw that have warn down over time and Brittany in the customer service department was wonderful. Very polite and well spoken . Brittany also gave me pointers on different ways to use the saw to prevent unwarranted wear on the saw. 10/10 customer service. It was the second time I’ve called Evo and they’ve been quick and clear and very helpful even given me instructions to better navigate their website to find parts easier. Horrible company and has failed to refund a supplier for returned products. Demand has been sent, and they have been unable to send a check. Crickets!
Needs complete adjustment after assembly. Very weak frame.
