Had a leak in iron gas pipe riser outside of house. I called a local Plano Plumber and his quote to replace an 8 inch section of 1 inch black iron pipe was extremely high. Did another search on Google and ran across a Reddit thread that said that Evolution Plumbing was great and very reasonable. I called Evolution Plumbing and got a quote over the phone which was very reasonable. A Evolution plumber named Jason came to replace the pipe the same day. Bad company all around. They lie. These great reviews are fake and bought. Look at the bad reviews and especially the company’s responses (like I’m sure they’ll post here 😂) before you do anything with them. Unprofessional, bad work, and no morals. I was forced to work with them bc of a home warranty. I canceled my warranty because they set me up with these guys if that tells you enough. Update: yes, it was over 6 months ago. The dispatcher was extremely prompt in sending the plumber the very next day after receiving the part. With guests arriving over the weekend, they genuinely prioritized the repair and efficiently fixed the tub faucet just in time. The plumber was very professional, did a clean and thorough job, and was a pleasure to work with. I truly appreciate their urgency and excellent service!
