Over the last two and a half years, I’ve lost 265 pounds through diet and exercise. Very professional, well equipped studio. The staff really seem to know their stuff. My instructor, Megan is really good - very knowledgeable and encouraging. They do group classes and private classes. Be aware that sometimes more than one class is going on at the same time, which can be distracting. A very good experience.
