Very professional, well equipped studio. The staff really seem to know their stuff. My instructor, Megan is really good - very knowledgeable and encouraging. They do group classes and private classes. Be aware that sometimes more than one class is going on at the same time, which can be distracting. A very good experience.
I've been going to the studio for over 3 years taking Reformer Pilates classes. Cate and Tracy are wonderful instructor's. The studio is clean and safe, I never feel like my health is at risk. I do feel that the studio has been a life saver, with all the sitting in front of a desk that I do, the studio allows me to get the good stretch that I need a couple times a week. I've also had the privilege to meet some really great people.
