Miles and Evolution Physical Therapy & Fitness were incredible after my knee surgery. Checking in is easy and Miles was encouraging and supportive after my knee surgery. He created realistic re-hab plans for me to do with him and at home. I am appreciative to Miles for his professionalism and warm nature. I recommend Evolution Physical Therapy & Fitness-Parker highly.
I went to Evolution for my hip (partial labrum tear) to avoid surgery for a while. They were fantastic. From day one, the team really listened, assessed what was going on, and built a plan that actually made sense for my body and my goals. Every session felt personalized — not a cookie-cutter routine — and they pushed me in all the right ways without ever overdoing it.
Had to schedule my appointment more than 3weeks out and the day before my appointment they called and said sorry we don’t recognize your insurance now I have to start the process all over again. Would not recommend this facility to anyone due to the lack of communication
They charge you for whatever and whenever they want. They rush through appointments. They don't explain any payment process. They just take your money and say "sorry, patient responsibility"... I wish I would've used someone else. I don't see why they have so many good recommendations.
