Dom was an amazing PT that worked with me through helping me recover from a back strain. For context, I am a weight-lifter who started have chronic back pain from my office job + poor habits. Dom was very attentive and addressed all my questions to help diagnose my issue. I am a "multi-injury" person. I first went to Miles for a tennis elbow issue. In years past, the idea was to rest the elbow until it didn't hurt anymore. That took 6 - 8 months. The new thinking is to build up the forearm, play a little, but, smarter, controlled and scheduled. My arm was completely healed up in 2 months and, I didn't have to spend all that time away from the sports that I love. Next was the left knee.
