Ive been working with Miles and his team at Evolution through my foot injury and surgery, and I am so glad I found them. Its been a long process getting back to running after surgery, but the plan that Miles implemented for me is setting me up for a much stronger running future than before. My foot is feeling really strong and I am excited to get back to my activities pain free!
My preteen daughter was experiencing growing pains in her knees and ankles, and we worked with Miles to address the issue. He listened carefully, took the time to understand her concerns, and developed a thoughtful, well-structured program tailored to her needs. Thanks to his guidance, she is now completely pain-free—and she's playing soccer better than ever! I highly recommend Miles.
I went to Evolution P.T. for my hip back in May 2024. Miles worked through a lot of my less than perfect physical challenges. Locked left ankle, limp etc. We were just making great head way on alleviating my pain, and being able to do most activities when I was on the golf course and did something to my left knee. The orthopedic said bone on bone, arthritus etc. He said I was a good candidate for a knee replacement.
