The Evo team have created a great gym environment with a very welcoming community. There team is full of high level coaches that make every session fun. While also helping you improve your skills every time you come into train.
The past few years training at Evolution has been an incredible experience. Coaches are top notch and genuinely invest in your progress. Theres a community-like feel to the gym and whether you want to compete or just train for fun, you’ll be sorted.
Trained at Evo for a year and loved it. The community here is great and the coaches are amazing. I was nervous to start training without having any prior experience, but on my first session here everyone was very welcoming and patient with me as a beginner. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to start training muay thai or bjj
Started at Evolution about 3 months ago with my son, So rewarding to see my son having fun, making friends and just enjoying learning mauy thai. The adult classes are just as good, great atmosphere, supportive coaches, and team mates. It's an education and a work out. Cheers to the team Evolution.
Marty and the team at Evolution MMA & Fitness are brilliant. The gym offers an awesome atmosphere, and really brings together team spirit. I have been doing Bang Muay Thai for 12 months now and it has helped me on so many levels.
