Robyn’s way of speaking to patients is not okay. This has not been a one-time experience. Almost every time I come in for a booked appointment, I find her rude, dismissive, and unfriendly. Even asking a simple question like how long the wait might be can be met with an attitude. I also had an experience over the phone where I said, “We have an appointment.” She replied, “Does ‘we’ have a name?” When I gave the last name, she then said, “Does ‘we’ have a first name?” The tone was sarcastic and unnecessary. I have been a patient of Dr. Chuang for many years. She is one of the best doctors. The receptionists have been so supportive. My uncle used to go there as well and he had died. They treated him like family and showed such emotion. I would never go any where else.

The front end ladies as well as the Doctors are amazing. I followed Dr. Tan to this clinic from another one because he is trustworthy and takes the time to understand before trying to rush you out the door. I highly recommend Evolution.
