Dakota is a hardworking, knowledgeable, skilled young man. Communication was good and he always showed up on time. Frankly I'm not used to working with people that you can count on like this. It was a refreshing change.
Dakota came out to do a leak detection for us. We had previously paid for a dye test and I was skeptical that we needed to have a pressure test. The dye test had found multiple leaks and we were quoting work. I agreed to do the pressure test and was amazed to find out we didn't have a leak at all. There were some seals in the pumps that were allowing the spa to drain into the pool overnight. These were identified and resolved for under $100.
