The owners are really nice people. Great atmosphere at this place!
Awesome workout! Love the high intensity but still self paced. Kristen the instructor was helpful and encouraging but not over bearing. I did a trial session since I visit the area on occasion and need a gym when I do. I'll be back to sweat my butt off again!
Who owns this gym? Looks amazing!! I live very close by.....
