Steve took the time to understand my triggers before we even started. The session itself was deeply relaxing — I felt completely in control the whole time. I walked out a non-smoker. I'll be back for help with other issues
Improved my mental health so much, this practice is great and I would recommend it to anyone, will be coming back if I need to. Amazing support.
Steve is exceptional at what he does, and has been able to tailor his services to my exact needs. Highly recommend him for anyone wanting to try hypnotherapy or find a skilled hypnotherapist locally.
Absolutely amazing outcome. Highly recommended and thank you for your fantastic service
