*Update* Guy just texted me like 4 HOURS after I posted this and basically threatened me over my review lmao what a goof. This guy/company claims to be no longer in business but when I messaged him he replied and asked what I needed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY! Multiple issues with getting work done. First the installation date kept changing due to short staffed, then truck issues (why not rent one?). Finally got it installed (was not to impressed by all the swearing outside by the crew). Tried over a month to get them to come back and check/balance the ac unit after the electrical was hooked up. Kept delaying and said they would come the next day but didn't show.
Steer clear of Evolution HVAC and Mike Casey. He took a deposit and cash for materials from me on Nov. 23 and was supposed to install Nov. 25th. He never bought the materials, and didn't show up for the job. He kept blowing me off, with one excuse after another and finally said he would reimburse me. He is now ghosting me with no contact since Nov. 30. Who does that to someone?
Does not get required permits prior for installation. Which possibly he is not licensed to install. Hydro has no record of him or his company. He won't return my calls. As a result I have to hire another company to get the permits and fix all the infractions hydro and gas company found. The problems are with my hot water heater and my furnace. He is not at all reliable. Should not be working in this field.
Mike work is very poor! He canceled 8 days in row after taking my deposit Hes a one man company so there's no resources to take when your not satisfied After payment I had a few issues one was a leak inside my condo snd he didn't co.e back...after 6 days I had to take care of these issues and pay out of my own pocket after giving him 2800.00 He only cares about getting paid and not quality of work My opinion is do nor hire this man
