Was a good gym could get crowded at time and some equipment was missing but other than that it was a clean well organised gym with reasonable pricing
Hi all, I have been traveling around the Kootenays all winter, and have been using facilities in every town I stop. I am very impressed by the operations, cleanliness, use of space, the equipment available, the classes and their instructors, and the cost of admission was spot on. $15/day or $30/ week, classes included. Great gym/people/town, thank you The only constructive criticism I could give, would be later hours of operation, and a little more attention to the showers. Thanks again

C'est un gym efficace, à l'ancienne, un peu daté, mais surtout très sombre. Il y a des cours et plusieurs types de pratiques au même endroit, malheureusement pour ma pratique du cardio ce n'est pas adéquat.
