I absolutely love this gym. No posers taking selfies in the mirror - just people putting in the WORK to get and keep fit. The workouts are fun, challenging and effective. The owner, Wade, is a veteran and supports the local veteran community in so many ways. There is a free class for veterans and first responders every Saturday at 9:30am and his annual fund raising event, The Devil Dog, raises money for local veterans needing assistance.
The absolute best! 10 years here and not going anywhere else!
I have been coming to Evolution sense 2020 and they become a family. I enjoy how early the gym opens on the weekday because it allows me to have a good start of the day. I am always motivated to work out. My mind relax while my body does the best it can do. I am happy that I found my happy place and my new friends.
Evolution Fitness is one of my favorite gyms! The owner and staff are so kind and helpful. They really know how to make you feel like family. Their workouts are challenging and fun! I highly recommend them!
Evolution Fitness is one of those rare gems one feels lucky enough to come across now and then. Owner Wade Waddick, a former Marine, established a wonderfully balanced culture there of grit, discipline, support, heart and family.
