I’ve lived in Boca for 4 years and FINALLY found my “gym home”. The workouts are well thought out, challenging and you are able to modify at your own pace. Wade the owner is amazing. He’s not a sales guy and genuinely cares about all his members. He gets to know you, gives suggestions, pushes you (even when you don’t think you can do anymore) and has a positive, wonderful attitude. I can’t say enough good things about this gym and training facility. Within two weeks they had me doing pull ups unassisted, and having to go down a size in workout gear because they were no longer fitting. Wade, Matt and Lee are encouraging, humorous, and provide 1:1 feedback in a group setting- it’s all the benefits of personalized training at the group rate. I absolutely love this gym. No posers taking selfies in the mirror - just people putting in the WORK to get and keep fit. The workouts are fun, challenging and effective. The owner, Wade, is a veteran and supports the local veteran community in so many ways. There is a free class for veterans and first responders every Saturday at 9:30am and his annual fund raising event, The Devil Dog, raises money for local veterans needing assistance.
The absolute best! 10 years here and not going anywhere else!
I have been coming to Evolution sense 2020 and they become a family. I enjoy how early the gym opens on the weekday because it allows me to have a good start of the day. I am always motivated to work out. My mind relax while my body does the best it can do. I am happy that I found my happy place and my new friends.
