Evolution Fitness 365 is an amazing gym! The owners truly care about you and the coaches are supportive and encouraging. The workouts are different everyday so you never get bored! This gym is for all levels of fitness!
Just marked my year anniversary and couldn't have been happier to have made The choice to come to Evolution fitness 365. It has been the best decision for my overall mental and physical health! All of the coaches are super supportive and helpful in all aspects making the workout enjoyable and obtainable for all physical fitness levels. I have been going to EF365 for a year and have not completed a class that is the same. They always are changing up what they are doing and always have fun challenges to keep everyone focused. The owner Kamy cares about everyone that walks through the door and spends time with all her clients to help answer any questions!
EF365 provides a great opportunity to get your sweat on. I especially enjoy working with kettlebells and kickboxing. The coaches are great and the owners are passionate.
Evolution Fitness is the number 1 place for a good high impact cardio/strength workout. There are class times that work for everyone. If you are looking to loose weight, gain muscle or train for a race, the workouts are a great place to learn and grow in your fitness journey. Cardio, Kickboxing, Kettle Bells, TRX, Mini Band Resistance Training and so much more. I would recommend this place no matter what your fitness level is. There is a starting point for everyone, not matter where they are on their journey.
