One word - irresponsible and not reliable CROOKS and SCHEMERS . They take your money . and when you are on hook they don't do anything They were supposed to replace an elevator in 3-4 months we are not even close. They keep lying on the phone . As a maintenance company they are even worse

This is the WOESE choice you make to go with this company. The are NOT reliable , the irresponsible and unprofessional company in the market . Our coop had a misfortune to hire them for an elevator service and replacement. They have been working for 9 month , and the job was NEVER completed .

This is the worst elevator company you can choose. Our building has a service agreement with them . And our elevator is constantly out of order and in the dangerous condition. They were supposed to replace back in November - December 2024. They keep postponing it. And as of 07/22/25 they even start ( may be on 08/08). If you want to have not working elevator all the time you can choose this company
