We recently hired Edgar to finish our attic. This job included framing, drywalling, insulation, trim, and painting. The project was done to code and passed inspection. Edgar was extremely professional, transparent, and his work was very high quality. He was flexible when we requested some changes and was great at problem solving throughout the project. I would highly recommend Edgar and look forward to working with him on future projects.

First of all I do want to say that I hate to do this review because Mr. Edgar was very nice and on time as he said but the work was not good at all. He removed trim and put up drywall and painted. The trim got damaged and now has to be replaced. Several areas of the drywall and paint look bad and he did fix several areas. The mess that was left took about 2 full days of deep cleaning for my husband and myself. Wow!!! I cannot say enough good things about Edgar and his company, Evolution Construction, LLC. To begin with, Edgar was very prompt which says a whole lot. He worked extremely hard and his work was METICULOUS. He painted 4 rooms for us and not only did the walls, but all the trim as well. He also fixed some drywall, some doors that were sticking and hard to open, and replaced a ceiling fan in our sunroom.
