Scam. Was charged an additional $20 on top of $15 for the manual wash. Would not have realised unless I checked credit card statement. Found three separate fraudulent charges associated with each $5 top up at the card reader. Will never use again.
Self serve car wash stole my money. Tried to call the 1300 number multiple times and no answer. Had I seen the reviews on here I would not have used this place.
