If you want a good quality bike service then this place delivers. Andrew is very knowledgeable and meticulous. He fixed a very hard to diagnose issue with a SRAM AXS rear controller for reasonably priced figure.

Had a sudden puncture in a way that my ebike was not even moving. The mechanics here took the job even though they do not work on ebikes of my type. Extremely grateful for that. It was a very urgent fix for me.
Management provided a quote but refuse to honour the quote and charged me about 40% more. The guys in the workshop is excellent but problem with owner. Stop telling lies, I have the quote and the specified invoice - you already confessed that by your mistake the job now seems to be under-quoted. A bunch of stories now but a firm warning to future customers to be aware.
Purchased a bike for my daughter. over the phone and paid via EFT. The Staff were extremely helpful in every step of the process from purchase to collection of the bike. About 3 weeks post purchase I took a call from the store during which they explained that the bile I had purchased was now on special and they wanted to offer me a store credit for the difference in what I paid prior to the Cannondale promotion!
