Purchased a bike for my daughter. over the phone and paid via EFT. The Staff were extremely helpful in every step of the process from purchase to collection of the bike. About 3 weeks post purchase I took a call from the store during which they explained that the bile I had purchased was now on special and they wanted to offer me a store credit for the difference in what I paid prior to the Cannondale promotion!
