If you advertise same-day servicing, customers expect that level of service. Being dismissive and rude when asked about availability isn’t acceptable. A more professional and courteous approach would go a long way in improving customer experience.

I went to change the tires of my bike, I bought two new ones, service ok, but when I went to collect my bike, they put colored valve cap claiming that they no longer had the black valve cap that were the ones I left with the bike, they ended up putting a red and a transparent one, ridiculous and ugly, it doesn't make sense for a store of this size not to have black valve covers, including not having the valve cap that I left with the bike.
