I’ve buying parts from this business for years the price is reasonable but the quality of the parts is very good he tests all his parts so you can be sure of the quality -that peace of mind is so important when you are replacing a transmission the last thing you want is bad transmission. I’ve bought a plethora of parts I continue to go because A - he has the parts B - his staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I will go back because they are not only stocked they are kind and friendly ti everyone.
Stay Away! Incredibly disappointed by business practise. I own and run a pretty known Honda and Acura shop, we needed a transmission replacement for an RSX and came upon several on Facebook market place all in the $400-$500 dollar range but couldn’t verify if they were any good. Came across one for $700 from what seemed to be a legit business claiming “good working condition” wouldn’t match a price I had found one already for $450. That’s fine. bad customer service... He says this is spam. Don’t wanna disclose who I am but. I had a problem with something I had bought from him. I had told him the issue, he told me to try and install the part again. I tried and tried…no luck. Contacted him again he said he would get back to me but turned out. He didn’t. I would be much happier if he actually SOLVED my problem but he wouldn’t assist me nor give me a refund. Would have even been happy with a partial refund as he still did sell me something. brought in my 2009 Civic Si for a replacement engine due to bad connecting rod. engine was replaced with a matching engine with no issues, no corners cut. definitely recommend this place for engine swaps.
