Stay Away! Incredibly disappointed by business practise. I own and run a pretty known Honda and Acura shop, we needed a transmission replacement for an RSX and came upon several on Facebook market place all in the $400-$500 dollar range but couldn’t verify if they were any good. Came across one for $700 from what seemed to be a legit business claiming “good working condition” wouldn’t match a price I had found one already for $450. That’s fine. bad customer service... He says this is spam. Don’t wanna disclose who I am but. I had a problem with something I had bought from him. I had told him the issue, he told me to try and install the part again. I tried and tried…no luck. Contacted him again he said he would get back to me but turned out. He didn’t. I would be much happier if he actually SOLVED my problem but he wouldn’t assist me nor give me a refund. Would have even been happy with a partial refund as he still did sell me something. brought in my 2009 Civic Si for a replacement engine due to bad connecting rod. engine was replaced with a matching engine with no issues, no corners cut. definitely recommend this place for engine swaps.
First time using Peter, Ryan and team. Very positive experience. Ryan was very friendly and professional. Parts quality is above average, compared to other places out there-they actual care about providing quality parts. Evolution will be my supplier for parts moving forward. Thanks guys.
