He's very fairly priced, gets you in quick, and communicated well. He's very accommodating and will help with picking up and getting your car back home if you live nearby. This made my life easier because I have 3 small children that I didn't need to entertain in a waiting room or find an Uber and deal with the hassle of car seats.
