I should have just took my vehicle to my dealership, they fixed my issue in less than a week. Before that I took my vehicle to this shop. Lost a few thousand dollars and nothing was fixed. This is not a defamation of character. You are a public business that is open to criticism especially on the internet. Everyone speaks out on the service they did not like, especially if they paid a lot of money for it. That's just the way it is. You are not the only shop in El Paso getting a one star

Will Brown, the owner never answers his phone, business is closed and our truck is still in there, of course with the gates of the business locked!!! We are tired of waiting for your call! Either give us our money back(11 thousand dollars) or our truck fixed as you promised 1 year ago!!! We are tired of waiting to the next Friday for our truck to be ready!!!! (As you stated every time we had contact with you) 2011 F250!!!

After almost 4 months and $7296.79 my truck was not fixed and even got worse. Initially I took my truck for white smoke and was diagnosed with bad head gaskets. On 5/6/20 The owner William T Brown gave me an initial estimate of $5000 for the repairs and a warranty of 5 years with a estimated completion of 2 weeks. Today 8/24/20 I had to pay them an additional $800 to be able to take my truck and still blowing white smoke and not only that, now AC doesn't work, overheats, leaks oil and water and wont ever work anymore.
