If I could give out ten stars I would . I had met Abby when my deck in vw crapped out and had to replace it . We finally found the right deck or good enough for replacing and Abby took it to Volkswagen for me and even had it programmed for me. Sounded just like brand new again. Then I had deck replaced in Family Van and am extremely happy but I want it louder so were going to do some research on that. But got the Pioneer DMH 3800 and is fits really nice in there. My parents wanted to get a car starter for my daughter and I was in charge of figuring out where to get it done. I searched Reddit and read many reviews. It was overwhelming. Had a couple vehicles serviced here for audio. Family orientated business not affiliated with BBB, I'm not impressed with the quality of work there or resolving issues with the sound and power of my system. Dash Cam continually goes off in normal mode and wiring to stereo is incorrect due to a problem of pioneer head unit rebooting. Problem was found but still has not been followed up with. Even gave the guy a brand new dash cam (upgraded to newer version) which was a learning experience for me. I won't give them any more of... read more
Had old remote starter with striped screw so couldn't access to change battery. Dropped it off and these guys took care of it. Saved me from having to get a whole new car starter as the one we have is discontinued! Wonderfully pleasant and helpful!
