I took my daughter to this salon expecting professional service, but we left deeply disappointed and heartbroken. Her hair was so poorly handled that she now has to wear a wig to cover the damage. This has been an incredibly emotional experience for her, and no parent wants to see their child go through something like this—especially from a place that’s supposed to provide care and expertise. I came here for the first time and was impressed. My hair came out so pretty thanks to Nicki! She was so nice and really listens to what you want, I would definitely go back here.
In love with my hairstylist, she is lovely and she always knows what I like also Grate customer service!! I'm personally very picky with who touches my hair, I've been through so many places but Since I found her I always keep coming back to her I would totally recommend
I don’t normally like to get my haircut because I never get what I ask for and they normally cut way too much off. But I have to say I enjoy my experience today with Nikki she was super nice, perfected my hair gave me everything I asked for and it looks amazing! She was also so informative and helpful 10/10 recommend coming here
I recently visited this salon. I am extremely disappointed, furious, and upset with the haircut I got. I was attended to quickly. However, I got one of the worst haircuts in my life. I have thick curly hair. The hairstylist that attended me was nice but IF YOU ARE A CURLY HAIRED GIRL LOOKING FOR A HAIRCUT, DONT COME HERE!!!! PLEASE.
