I was very impressed with Simon and his clear communication. I incorporated with minimal friction at a very reasonable price. When there was an issue, he solved it in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm for your incorporation needs.
Simon was quick and efficient. I used him to Incorporate my business and it was a flat fee with no hidden agenda. He is quick to respond and answers questions quickly.
One man show. Very inexperienced, cheaper side of rate of $260/hr. If you go to court with him representing you, it will be an absolute disaster. I have caught him on 2 occasions where he lied and deliberately mislead me. I am reporting him to the bar associations for dishonest and unprofessional conduct.
