Terrible customer service
Denied a test two days before test. Test was scheduled for weeks. Tried a peer to peer review, Dr. office was told it is outside review period. Avoid this sorry company at all costs!!!
This company partners with my insurance unfortunately. I am on hold for a total of over 1 hour and counting. I am still on hold. Wait time is the worst! I hope somebody picks up.
Absolute scam of an organization. Denied MRI multiple times even though Dr. has requested in detailed writing the purpose for the MRI. Place unreasonable requirements even requesting mental health records for an obvious physical issue.
