Denied my MRI that my doctor requested. Said it was medically unnecessary. Said that I should just do exercise that PT gave me. I have doing these exercises for a few years now. My back & nerve pain is getting worse due to a degenerative disease. Exercises & injections will never give me relief. Shame on CareSource for partnering with these people.
Terrible customer service
Denied a test two days before test. Test was scheduled for weeks. Tried a peer to peer review, Dr. office was told it is outside review period. Avoid this sorry company at all costs!!!
This company partners with my insurance unfortunately. I am on hold for a total of over 1 hour and counting. I am still on hold. Wait time is the worst! I hope somebody picks up.
