What an excellent yoga class I had at Evoke! It was my first time doing yoga. The instructor, Sarah, was beyond welcoming and supportive. It was a small class size and the pacing was perfect. The studio is beautiful and there is ample parking. I will for sure become a regular! It makes quite a difference to be treated kindly in any position and business.

Evoke Mind and Body has truly been a life-changing experience for me. We decided to take a custom group class at Evoke as part of a reunion weekend. While some of us were unfamiliar with yoga and initially skeptical we all had a great experience and would return given the chance. Marissa did a great job showing us the basics and encouraging us all to experience the poses and stretches to our own abilities. Highly recommend!
