What a great gym, super friendly people and fully equipped.
I have never been here before, but decided to sign up for their puppy yoga class. amazing instructor, and all round great experience. The puppies were adorable, and I was happy to see that the staff really controlled the environment so the puppies would not become overwhelmed. Plus it went towards a great cause, would recommend their puppy yoga.
We love this gym. It has everything you need for weight training which is what we're there for. I noticed there was a nice group of women doing a fitness class....not just aerobics but with some weights too. It looked like alot of fun.
