I took a day pass and had a great experience. The gym was very clean, the staff were friendly and everything felt well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a solid gym in the area.
At first I heard Evoke had a mom and baby fitness class and I tried it out - I LOVED it!!! The workouts were challenging, the support was so high, and the connection between all the moms was something I looked forward to every week! Once my baby got bigger I tried some independent classes and I fell in love with them! My favourites were the power half hour and the Thursday nights with Jess.
