At first I heard Evoke had a mom and baby fitness class and I tried it out - I LOVED it!!! The workouts were challenging, the support was so high, and the connection between all the moms was something I looked forward to every week! Once my baby got bigger I tried some independent classes and I fell in love with them! My favourites were the power half hour and the Thursday nights with Jess. I have never been here before, but decided to sign up for their puppy yoga class. amazing instructor, and all round great experience. The puppies were adorable, and I was happy to see that the staff really controlled the environment so the puppies would not become overwhelmed. Plus it went towards a great cause, would recommend their puppy yoga.
