My review of the gym. Was a member for about 3 months Good things: large gym (for the area), convenient location, relatively clean, and their classes seem like they are very popular and not bad machines good hammer strength plate loaded machines there. Cons in my opinion. .Not a 24hr gym which does limit a lot of people .in peak times it is very busy and machines are oftentimes “hogged” by mainly young age groups. . I have been going to evofit for around 8 weeks now. As a plus size person a gym has not always been the most welcoming, but evofit is the most friendly gym I've ever been to. The staff make you feel welcome and are always on hand, the classes are great and you are supported, you can go at your own pace. Finally happy to have found a gym where I feel I can workout and enjoy myself. Thank you Evofit!
Live in Pembrokeshire, but Stopped in yesterday and bought a day pass as was working in the area & I remember training here 20 years ago & seeing how they have expanded & grown the facility is incredible. Great facility, friendly staff & great equipment & atmosphere Hoping I get to visit again soon
