There are plenty of options for all fitness levels, whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking to level up. I love everything about this gym! No matter what class I have gone to, I have been welcomed. There is real community at EvoFit. I have mostly attended the 6pm class and love the positivity, knowledge, and attention from the coaches (Andrew, Steven, & Lisa). Recently I have moved to the 5am class. This is a fast and furious workout! The coach, Josh, has encouraged, motivated, and offered modifications for all levels of fitness.
