Hi There, Today 24/3/26 l had appointment at 9am l was here head of time signed in through self check it wasn’t working also l noted it wasn’t working for most patients that were trying to log in also. I patiently waited in line when l reached reception the receptionist Julian was busy going through mail . Timeliness of appointments is clearly not a priority for this clinic. Made alternative work arrangements, twice to ensure i was available for the appointment time offered. Over an hr wait, consequently I was unable to remain. Disappointing to say the least for a specialised clinic
Quick services, on time and all clinics with blood collection in the one place at Epping Medical and Dental made procedures via Evoca (women's health) easier. The staff were respectful, kind, considerate and explained procedures thoroughly. Thank you Dr Qirrat Waqqas for helping during such a tough time.
I had an appointment with Nurse Jennifer and Dr Darren for endometriosis care and they were both incredible. Jennifer was warm, supportive, and made everything easy to understand. Dr Darren was thorough, compassionate, and really listened. I finally felt heard and supported.
Great experience with Dr. Sudish and Dr. Darren. Help me a lot with my women's health concern.
