Outstanding service at Evoca Epping. Couldn't be happier. I saw Nurse Jennifer and Dr. So. They were both incredibly kind and respectful. Dr. So is the first doctor I've seen in years who actively listens and takes time to discuss your history. Very grateful for the positive experience I had.
Hi There, Today 24/3/26 l had appointment at 9am l was here head of time signed in through self check it wasn’t working also l noted it wasn’t working for most patients that were trying to log in also. I patiently waited in line when l reached reception the receptionist Julian was busy going through mail . I informed her l have an appointment at 9am and she then stated sit and wait on chairs that were located near the front door. I waited for some time then when it was 9:17am l got in line again. Timeliness of appointments is clearly not a priority for this clinic. Made alternative work arrangements, twice to ensure i was available for the appointment time offered. Over an hr wait, consequently I was unable to remain. Disappointing to say the least for a specialised clinic
