Went for in clinic consult, waited over an hour to see the dr. Then when I had to book a follow up appt for two weeks time I did it via Telehealth… even then it took them over an hour to give me a call. Tried calling them up directly to see what the hold up was because I had customers to call in my own role but then was told the hold would be for an hour and 20 mins to just talk to the receptionist.

Made an appointment here as I was looking for a women specific clinic where I could choose a female practitioner. This was a mistake, I would advise you stick to your regular gp or find another place. Cons: - A nightmare of a clinic - reception has no idea and cannot keep up with the multiple clinics inside Epping medical centre. - Specifically booked with a female doctor and was given a new person who I did not specifically book with, and was not told about the change in practitioner until I got into the room. - Waited 40 m... read more

Have waited for 40mins to request a call back and then once called back was told I’d be put through then the call hung up. This has happened twice now, the second time the person on the line was dismissive. I was calling to change my appointment time but I will be cancelling and not coming back here.

Getting the appointment is a nightmare , tried booking appointment, got it for 2 months later and then got a call from clinic the appointment was extended by another 10 days. Got to the appointment which was at 2:20pm and I am still waiting to see the doctor 50 mins and still waiting ! Would have been quicker to see a normal gp !
