I had a wonderful experience with EVOCA homes. First time building a new home as an older person was exciting at times but also incredibly daunting. Everyone involved at each stage has been extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. I don’t know why I stressed as the build was quick and the timeline realistic. Thank you EVOCA homes, I have a beautiful custom built home to fit my corner block and I love it.

I highly recommend Hayley and the Evoca team. This was our first time building a home which was a bit overwhelming but Hayley made it easy. She was amazing right from our very first phone call and made us feel very at ease with everything and nothing was ever a problem. Also a big shout out to Amie in the office, she was amazing too. I have just completed a build process with Evoca. Throughout the entire process the team have been very responsive, caring and professional. Whilst building a home can be stressful the attention to detail, level of care, responsiveness to all items required in the build, questions that may come up or even minor defects such as paint touch ups, at handover, was extremely high from Jeremy Merten. He made the process enjoyable and very smooth! I would highly recommend working with Evoca to build your next home
