Disappointed — and Legally Threatened for Speaking Up My partner and I have lived here for close to a year and a half. In that time we have dealt with recurring A/C issues. Our unit will routinely sit between 75 - 82F. The first time around in 2024, they told us the problem stemmed from the way we ran the A/C units. Not Worth the Price I’ve lived here for over a year, and the experience does not reflect the “luxury” label or price point. Climate Control Our unit has two HVAC systems, which we operate mindfully, yet the temperature rarely drops below 74°F—often hovering around 77°F even when it’s only 70°F outside. As I write this, the apartment is 80°F. Despite using multiple fans, keeping blinds closed, and replacing thermostat batteries, the AC consistently fails once outdoor temperatures rise above 65°F. Frankie and Francisco are the absolute best! They’ve installed now three TVs, they are super quick at what they do and professional! They put 100 inch TV up in my living room, and 86 inch TV up in my bedroom and a 55 inch in the guest-room. The whole thing took them less than an hour. They cleaned up everything afterwards and made it a seamless experience. We are so happy to have these two working at Evo!
