I’ve had such a great experience living here so far! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the building itself is super clean and well taken care of. We didnt end up leasing here, but Megan gave an amazing tour and made it a very hard decision!
We visited the property on September 30, 2025 as potential residents. Our initial impression of the community was unfortunately overshadowed by our experience with Megan, the leasing agent. From the moment we arrived, she was not welcoming, there was no greeting, no smile, and overall, we didn’t feel acknowledged or comfortable. Disappointed — and Legally Threatened for Speaking Up My partner and I have lived here for close to a year and a half. In that time we have dealt with recurring A/C issues. Our unit will routinely sit between 75 - 82F. The first time around in 2024, they told us the problem stemmed from the way we ran the A/C units. Our unit has floor to ceiling windows that cause the unit to be hotter than most which we understand, but it should not be unreasonable to expect our apartment to cool below 75F.
