I was probably first introduced to baseball when I was 3 or 4 & played in an instructional 2 session t-ball that culminated with a game at the end of it. It is likely that these experiences were some of my first memories. I found the MSBL playing with guys on the Browns in the CMBA who played with the Longhorns during the mid 2000s. In February of 2019, I started having severe sciatic pain in my back and right leg. I couldn't sit, drive or even sleep without extreme pain. I started my journey with Tony and the EVO Ultrafit System over 2.5 years ago initially seeking to recover from a ruptured biceps tendon at 54 years of age. I have had chronic lower back pain issues for many years and at times sciatica. I've tried many things that do help (Physical Therapy, stretches) but still never corrected the problem. I went to see Tony the fall of 2018 and he helped me understand why I am in constant pain and then helped correct the problem with the use of the therapy machine and training program.
