I too found this practice to be uninformed, untrained and exclusionary. They have little to no experience with level 2 or 3 autism and do not know how to interact with that population or the differences in communication and external behaviour. I would highly recommend anyone with significant disabilities, or more severe Autism or ADHD or serious mental illness to stay away from this practice.
Keira is an amazing, well rounded psychologist with a passion for access and inclusion. I have been seeing Keira for over a year and have felt seen, supported and respected at every single step. I was discriminated against and a victim of Kiera Marie-Allen's false advertising. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. You will not be treated with dignity or respect and this is absolutely not a safe environment for disabled people. I was put on the waitlist and waited since January 2025 to see Keira. I was told I was first on the waitlist, but in May I was told the clinic’s former receptionist had never added me.
