Evo Pool Service is amazing! Professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. We had a disastrous situation with our liner pool. I contacted Evo Pools they were accommodating, scheduled a services appointment the next day, provided a a fair quote and did an amazing job resolving the problems. I highly, highly recommend them if you are looking for a great, reliable pool service, installation and maintenance company.
Today I had an appointment for a service technician to look at my son,s pool heater that stopped working. I called Evo Pool Service on Monday and Evo could have had a technician at my son's house on Tuesday morning but I had an appointment on Tuesday so they scheduled it for Wednesday morning at 8:00am. Roman the technician showed up at 8:00am sharp, showed him where the heater was located and explained to him what it was doing and not doing. This is my 2nd year using EVO Pool Service since owning my pool for 13 years. They are very responsive when having a pool issue. The owner always takes my calls and when needed he will help me troubleshoot for simpler fixes to avoid a service call. His team is very responsive when opening and closing my pool and during other service calls.
