This is the first time we hired someone to open our pool for the summer. From the first call to this company I knew we will be taken care of. And isn't it the most wonderful thing? When you know everything will be done and done right. And it was. And was completed on time. Everybody I met from Evo Pool was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable. I would not recommend this company. I contacted them for a Pentaire heat pump. They rolled in some random pump and installed it saying it's better than Pentaire. After a year, when i opened the pool, the heat pump threw an error. On contacting them, they are saying that they are not authorized to perform warranty service. I feel duped at this point. They want $180 for diagnostics and there is no labor warranty.
