So the Grass looks ok in the pictures but they broke a pool pipe and refused to fix it and the drainage pipe they installed which they upcharged me for after they started the job doesn't even drain so now when it rains my garage floods. Avoid at all costs
Stay away from this company unless you can afford to pay for your project twice! We hired this company for a complete landscape plan of our lot. We agreed and signed a contract on timeline, budget, and material. The owner Michael Mulder offered to finance the project with his company and 3rd party called Dividend. My brand new 6ft retaining wall built by Evo Turf & Pavers has COMPLETELY FALLEN DOWN due to Mulder's lack of oversight and his SKIPPING engineering steps and not following the manufacturer's guidelines for this pre-engineered wall system, designed to be up to 6ft feet tall. Michael failed to follow the manufacturer’s installation instructions for the pre-engineered walls, which include structural components to ensure the structural integrity of the support wall. They did such a great job. Chris came to my house and didn't give me the run around like the 4 or 5 other companies that came out did. He was direct and the pricing was very competitive. But most importantly the install went smoothly. Tony and his crew showed up on time and got the job done without any headaches or any change order. I would highly recommend speaking with Chris if you are looking to do turf in your backyard.
Chris Marquez and the crew took my dead brown backyard and transformed it into a beautiful Green oasis. The crew showed up early and tore out the dead backyard, updated the irrigation system, and installed the perfect putting green. My neighbors even commented on how courteous the crew was to them as they watched the project progress throughout the day. ...and they were done in one day!
