The food was amazing!
Dined in at EVO during restaurant week to celebrate my partner and I's birthdays and left pretty disappointed. My partner ordered the restaurant week special including the whipped feta, ny strip steak, and flourless chocolate cake while I ordered the short rib ragu. Whipped feta itself was good although bread was a little stale, my partner liked the strip steak, which was brought out dry at first since the chef forgot to add the chimichurri topping, and flourless chocolate cake was nothing to write home about.
