This place is a scam masquerading as a gym. If you seriously lift/gym you can skip this gym completely. There is no proper lifting platform at all. There are not cables at all. The machine are not varied for different height of people, my 6ft husband couldn’t use the lat pulldown due to it being too small and there never being enough tension on the cable. I also couldn’t use several weight machines due to them not going small enough (is this 1980?)- modern equipment would have a lot more size range to be inclusive toward all... read more

My husband and I joined for the group classes, but it is not worth the money. The trainer is consistently late (there was maybe three classes in three months where they were on time), they are disinterested in the class either on their phone or having a chat to a friend, classes are cancelled within hours and there is a horrible culture issue within staff members.
