This place rocks
These guys were cool and everything they helped me out. But they lost a mechanical part on my bicycle when they were doing repairs. I called and asked them about it and they denied the fact that they lost it. It’s terrible because it’s only an $18 item and they wouldn’t even help mefind the item to replace it myself. They said I’m on my own. Again, I am positive that this item on my bicycle was on the bicycle when I brought it into the shop. And then it was not when I left the shop. I had a great experience from sales support through the order and fulfillment process. My new bike was shipped quickly and assembled promptly after it was received at the Denver store. They did a great job assembling and adjusting it for me, and their after sale support process was well explained. I'll definitely return for future bike or ski equipment purchases.
Bad customer service. They made us feel bad for needing help and didn’t even try to assist us when we were ready to spend several hundred dollars on snowboards for both me and my husband. They said they were severely understaffed and couldn’t help us, while three people were standing around doing nothing at the main cash register. I would recommend shopping at REI does a way better job with customers.
Great service department, everyone was helpful and thorough. Extra shoutout to Willy, who took the time to adjust my saddle twice before letting me leave to make sure it felt 100%. Will def be coming back for all of my cycling needs — thanks dudes :)
