We went in to buy snowboarding gear and were completely ignored. The staff barely acknowledged us and just pointed toward the back of the store. After nearly 45 minutes of looking at jackets and helmets with no offer of help, my son finally picked out a jacket and helmet on his own. When we got home, we discovered the jacket was actually a women’s style, as the sections weren’t labeled clearly, and no one bothered to assist us. Second time I brought in a bike wonderful bike shop
Steve in the service department is exceptional.
Ty was amazing!! He is so knowledgeable on all things snowboarding and made the process of finding new boots seamless and easy. If you go to the store and need assistance ask for him. 12/10 will be returning.
LOVE this place. Pat was AMAZING and helped me get fitted perfectly with boots and provided recommendations for demo skis. Pat was super knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I will definitely be shopping here for all my future winter gear. Thanks again, Pat!
