I’m a beginner snowboarder and needed some help adjusting my board. Steve did an awesome job breaking down how my specific snowboard was designed and the ins and outs for binding adjustments. Steve and team are knowledgeable and friendly. Will be coming to this evo location for all future snowboarding needs.
It’s giving, terrible customer service. Not one person greeted me or asked if I needed help with anything. I decided to try some ski pants on and finally someone asked if I needed a fitting room when I couldn’t get myself one because the door was locked. I opened the door at one point for help and two guys/ employees chatting outside just stared at me. I asked if they could take a way a couple of pants. I came to EVO toward the end of last season to get fitted for snowboard boots. At the time, they felt uncomfortable, but I assumed they just needed to be broken in. After riding the following season, it became clear the boots were too small, I was dealing with toe numbness, lateral foot pain, and cramping. Luckily, I was still within the one-year warranty, so I went back to EVO. They confirmed the boots were indeed fitted too small and set me up for a refit.
