These guys were cool and everything they helped me out. But they lost a mechanical part on my bicycle when they were doing repairs. I called and asked them about it and they denied the fact that they lost it. It’s terrible because it’s only an $18 item and they wouldn’t even help mefind the item to replace it myself. They said I’m on my own. Again, I am positive that this item on my bicycle was on the bicycle when I brought it into the shop. And then it was not when I left the shop. Another phenomenal experience at the Evo in Denver. Their top notch customer service will keep me coming back time and time again. I think her name was Ashely, but she was super super knowledgeable with helping me to pick out a new board for the upcoming season. She knew exactly what to ask to get me into the right fit; it was extremely helpful and very much appreciate!
I just placed an order with Evo that required a call to customer service before I could complete the order. I was trying to redeem loyalty points and learned that due to some relatively new rules, I could not use my points for my particular order. But, Catherine in customer service went above and beyond and made it possible for me to use my credit. Thank you Catherine, and Evo for the great buying experience and top shelf customer service!
