We brought an e-bike for brake repair and the owner admitted to damaging the motor by accident and needed to replace it completely. Mistakes happen and we get it.....but it took 5 months -- horrible communication - after month 3 we finally got a loaner bike (that looked and road nothing like our original) and two more months we finally got out original bike back -- we were still charged (slightly discounted b/c we asked) AND the display screen is now cracked and not working.
