Don’t come here if you’re paralyzed. They made me wait months with no medical supplies for my wound care. They also don’t send paperwork back to companies in time. They also won’t give me nothing for pain. I been paralyzed for 15 years and I never experienced this type of neglect. They lie real bad in that office too.

I was extremely disappointed with the service—or lack thereof—that I experienced during my recent visit. After taking time off work to attend a scheduled appointment, I called ahead as a courtesy to inform the office that I was running a few minutes late. I was told there was a 20-minute grace period, and I arrived within that timeframe. I have been coming to this office since it was on London boulevard. The doctors are very dedicated to your medical needs and the staff is very professional and courteous. They dedicate their lives to our needs.
