I was extremely disappointed with the service—or lack thereof—that I experienced during my recent visit. After taking time off work to attend a scheduled appointment, I called ahead as a courtesy to inform the office that I was running a few minutes late. I was told there was a 20-minute grace period, and I arrived within that timeframe. I love them
I have been coming to this office since it was on London boulevard. The doctors are very dedicated to your medical needs and the staff is very professional and courteous. They dedicate their lives to our needs.
Didn’t even get to schedule an appointment. Wasn’t a fan of how LISA responded to me over the phone.
