I’ve been going here for a couple of years. All the doctors are nice. It sucks they are residents because when you get a good one they graduate and leave. I’m all for that and happy for them. Dr. Lindsey is the bomb.com. She’s thoroughly knowledgeable and reliable. Ever since the office and staff moved to the Epic system and this Sentara MyChart, things have been fluid. Thanks team, my health, wife and son thank you for getting me on the path to a good life!
Top to bottom this is the worst medical practice I have ever been to. Please avoid going here at all costs if you can. The staff is rude and nothing is ever done about it even after you tell the management. The doctors you work with leave (graduate) with no notice to the patient. Once they leave, no one is automatically assigned to your care so your prescription refills will sit unnoticed until you make another appointment or call and keep calling until one of your messages eventually makes it through to one of the other doc... read more
Don’t come here if you’re paralyzed. They made me wait months with no medical supplies for my wound care. They also don’t send paperwork back to companies in time. They also won’t give me nothing for pain. I been paralyzed for 15 years and I never experienced this type of neglect. They lie real bad in that office too. They don't read charts and will change your medicine without letting you know why. The office supervisor is very rude and they don't know what they're doing.
